These Terms of Service govern your use of kalshicatalog.com ("Kalshi Catalog"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The service
Kalshi Catalog is an independent directory of third-party tools for the Kalshi exchange. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kalshi. Listings are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
Submissions and listings
When you submit a tool, you confirm you have the right to share the information provided and that it is accurate. We review submissions before publishing and may edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion. A one-time listing fee, paid in USDT (TRC20), is required to publish a submission. Fees are non-refundable once a listing is reviewed.
Promotions
Featured and Sponsored placements, and paid Top-15 positions, are sold as one-year terms paid in USDT (TRC20). Paid placements are clearly labelled as Sponsored. Promotional benefits are delivered after an administrator verifies payment on-chain.
Acceptable use
You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; not to attempt to disrupt the service; and not to misrepresent your relationship to a tool you submit or claim. Reviews and questions must be genuine and relevant.
Third-party tools
Tools listed here are operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their functionality, security, or conduct. Using a third-party tool with your Kalshi account is at your own risk — review its permissions and reputation first.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalshi Catalog is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or of any tool listed on it.
Changes
